Average work environment and culture. Sels person's are supportive. Company policies are not like other indian company. There are many compliance. Appraisals are fair for offrole employees but salary hike is good. No bonus for offrole.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to mew joinees. No job security.
