I believe Johari has given a great career opportunity as a fresher. I have grown a lot here. Johari digital has best medical devices its a two way Benefit to work with Johari socially you are involved in good Medical device manufacturing Company were Johari products are pain relieving products its a benefit that you are working with such cause and 2nd is my personal growth.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
