Company has no system.Poor management. No policy. They forced you to stay In company till 9 pm. No team work everyone try to downgrade you . Company appraisal (In every 2-3 years) system very bad if you are good in teelpani than can expect your appraisal

Company has only in time , there is no fixed out time you can not leave before 8 pm (No overtime no c/off for the late staying period)and if somehow you are successful in leaving company at 6 pm then the news will be circulated in Company. And if there will be 8th day in week then company will also run in that “8th” day. So if you still want to destroy your life you can join JNS(jee nhi sakte )
