I had a nightmare working with JMS mining.it was a terrible experience.Rules are different for different employees.Internal poltics is very high and this is created with full support from management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
