There is no increment in this company for the last four years and the interesting thing is that you cannot ask the HR team or the owner of the company about your increment that when will you get the increment. Even if you ask for increment it will get worse as you don't trust the company.

They are taking people for the role of Merchandiser, but no such role exists in theory company.
