The only thing that is goodnin comparison to average segment of companies is that JLL offers good packages

Everything except the package is worst in JLL there is no life balance in JLL, you can never be a son, a brother, a friend, a husband in your office working hours, moreover the coordination between people's are far worse there is no such concept of supporting each other

JLL has Worst management, there is alot of politics within team. No unity amongst team members, everyone tries and plays mind games. Despite you reach out to higher management, they won't resolve the issue instead would try and cover up the management. No wonder why the team had so many resignations.

The major dislike is the prevalence of management politics. This issue appears to be quite significant, as it affects the work environment and the morale of the employees. Some individuals in higher management positions are allegedly inclined towards unethical practices for employees career growth, rather than relying on hard work and merit-based progression. This unethical behavior not only tarnishes the company's reputation but also creates an atmosphere of distrust and frustration among the workforce. An alarming consequence of this situation is the departure of female employees from the organization. The presence of unethical practices and the perception that success depends on political maneuvering rather than skills and dedication can be particularly discouraging for female employees. This gender disparity in the workplace can lead to a lack of diversity and hinder the company's progress in promoting equal opportunities for all. Furthermore, when employees attempt to discuss these issues with their managers, it often exacerbates the problem. JLL have been extremely employee oriented. WFH plan is always available 2 days a week and additional on request. The promotions here are always on time subject to the performance. With very minimal to almost no internal politics..the management is transparent.. have been associated with for 5 years and counting.

No cab for morning shift.. canteen food is just ok
