One of the Director is so cooperative. Due to that developed skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Senior staff behaviour pathetic. Always disagree with HR policies. Except few employees all are cunning and never want to growth of other employees. Other management are very rude and insulting always. Not ready to listen what we want to say.

Yes. Opportunity to learn new things. Explore new things and multitasking work profile.

Salary offered at time of joining is very less. After 6months no increment as promised by previous HR and VP.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there are 3 different directors. Now working with main Director and happy to learn n work with him.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
