1. Work-Life balance is absolutely ZERO. 2. Rules & Policies are only followed in papers. 3. Minimum 10 hours daily working apart from it every Saturday extra work pressure and extra working hours. 4. No overtime payment policy. 5. Sometimes Sunday's are also working of which no benefit is given. 6. On month end day, working hours are normally 18-20 hours earlier it was approx 24 hours too. 7. No appreciation given on hard work, extra work. It's just you have to work. 8. Accounts department employees are also forced to work as a sales executive but no incentive schemes are available for them. 9. For tours very less amount is reimbursed as compared to other competitive companies. 10.Rude behaviour of seniors, politics, etc etc....
