In this company work culture is good means people here are really supportive and managers are also of good technical skills .

Dislikes

Job security is not here means in COVID people were got firred once they came on bench . Salary and Hike is also not good here . In this company no standard professional work culture is there

Nothing at all. I hate the company. It spoiled my career and added blockages in my path of future without any valid reason. In this company, there is no way to do things. They just can do anything. N moreover, you will regret the first day you step into it because of its work culture. Company policies change as per their liking....Read More

No future, no career growth. False promises by HR when you join. And utmost rude and non justifiable and completely harrassing behaviour by HR, when you are leaving the company. The thing is take a little less paying job, but don't join this company, if you have the option. I am sure, you will be in a better position in a known company after an year as compared to this one....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
