I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality product and has a global clint base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various caltural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Generally my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire MIS life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
