1. Have a big name like "Raymond" 2. New product in almost every quarter. 3. Your personal skill will develop like anything. Because everyday is like a fight to survive.

Dislikes

1. No matter what you have to achieve your target. None achiever will be fired. Unless you are in same cast with RSM. 2. You will not get proper stock but you have to sell to achieve the target. 3. Promotion will depend upon your relationship and cast with the senior. Not upon your performance. 4. 1 years performance will be faded if you miss 13th and 14th month's target. 5. TSM is the person who is responsible all the bad things on other hand any thing goes good it's just a automatic work flow. 6. After 3 years I am too frustrated and depressed. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
