1. Have a big name like "Raymond" 2. New product in almost every quarter. 3. Your personal skill will develop like anything. Because everyday is like a fight to survive.

1. No matter what you have to achieve your target. None achiever will be fired. Unless you are in same cast with RSM. 2. You will not get proper stock but you have to sell to achieve the target. 3. Promotion will depend upon your relationship and cast with the senior. Not upon your performance. 4. 1 years performance will be faded if you miss 13th and 14th month's target. 5. TSM is the person who is responsible all the bad things on other hand any thing goes good it's just a automatic work flow. 6. After 3 years I am too frustrated and depressed. But ask me why I am here, because this is a kind of a company if you join here maximum other companies just stopped to call you....Read More

There hv no proper appraisal procedure, have only Perciality, HR also very latherjetic, they hv no power to take individual decision making power, no one seeking for employees pain and hardle, even dnt give any solution to Stragelling area. Salary not justified, those hv no ability to who r getting money higher than ability person.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
