I love the fact that I am a part of this organisation that markets reliable ,high -quality products and has a global client base.& very good environment and working culture .

Compensation is good ,but growth is slow .There is no on job training for fresher worker due to that I have to guide them step by step which creates problem . sometimes work pressure is high I have to take my suggestion back most of the times

Quality Executive ,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product cycle inward to outward process.sometimes some decision is very rare to take a next step to do process but then also I am trying my level best .
