No skill development for medical and paramedical staff. Medical department is the most neglected department of the organization and hence no promotions. Biasing is supported at all levels and people who butter their seniors are the ones with growth. Employees do not matter for the company. HR policies are not well known to the employees and HR people save themselves from compensating and reimbursing the money to the employees which they claim by making this or that excuses....Read More
