Likes

Good support from Senior Management, had opportunity to plan and implement strategies, and always offered to suggest and participate in new developments, good pay as per work profile. Very polite and professional communication across all departments internally.

Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Not much if one stays on top of the things to get them done and take the ownership of work or task, else things/tasks were delayed and reminders needed.
