Manager is fully involved in corporate politics. Behaviour depends on their mood swings. So proper work culture. Also share/provide false hopes/false news. Full of micromanage in design team. Divide & rule policy is applied in our team. Designers be careful

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
