Politics for salary, new joiner DRShave no skill no knowledge no work load no working pressure but company give them Higher package salary from old DRS. ALL ARE POLITICS IN THIS COMPANY. Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.

Good Office space and well staffed in Administration, Planning,IT department. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. No work life balance.As well as culture are too bad, from early morning they started VC/concall and it's continue going till 11pm.Even on Sunday they make schedule for calling...TA system is too bad. Too much headache and frustration here.

The work culture is really Bad, The Senior level/management level are pushing to their lower management's like anything. same is purging till last level. No Synch from higher level to low level. not proper communication channels and always expecting high output by giving low input in terms of Information or Payments.
