Very good work environment. Reliance Jio infocom Ltd. is a very good organization to start our carrier.And I have learnt many things from this organization and I am happy here working with professional people's.

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
