Jio only pays and promotes people from premium institute such as IIT, irrespective of their performance. They ignore hard working talanted people from non premium institute.

The work culture is pathetic, it was worst work culture I have experienced in my life.There is no coordination and cooperation between various departments, the politics is too bad. There are too many managers and bosses who are constantly at war with each other for selfish reasons. It is only here I have seen that managers do not like to mingle and interact with their team for example in lunch break, group of managers dine together (yes inspite of their selfish politics) and no one from their team like developers, tester joins them. They behave like a gang. New ideas, permanent fixes to recurring problems are not entertained and encouraged again due to selfish political reasons of Managers. There is no work life balance, as there is no planning, this organization behaves as if it has bought your soul in return for salary and you are expected to be always available, even if you are not part of Production support team. Since there is never a agreed upon plan even for a month, leads and managers uses unplanned work as bullying tool, like by changing priorities, or giving work which would never see light of the day. The bosses here are at their worst behavior when someone resigns, as iteration rate is high here. The harrassment increases many folds if someone puts his papers. I can go on and on with what I experienced here, but would like to stop here and just say, stay away from this organization....Read More
