They will hold your appraisal salary over 7 months then disburse it as 5,7,9% base even star performers get 9% only, you’ve to provide multiple work with excessive hours even it’s not in KPI or 8hrs work base, It’s not an employee based company. For ratings you have to carve their feet,

Simply wasting your time & effort for this leech company , you won’t get proper appraisal or appreciation whatsoever task completed, they ask for work on week off & holidays won’t give compensation off or any salary,
