Work life balance, work culture is worst specially Kolkata circle, it is nightmare for youngsters who are progressive and growth minded. One should not join specially Kolkata circle if there is no other option left, State seniors Shubhendu Bhattacharjee never follows office work hours and expects others to extend work hours as per his suitability, worst leader I have ever seen in my 10yrs career. They will ruin your personal life and mental health. Even after all reports are available he will ask to in excel again and stress all team members. Never join for this position under his leadership, one will never grow and learn, he plays immense politics and will prevent your growth, and HR is just puppet to him, does nothing. only thing is that it is a reputed company

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given
