Flexible working hours Environment and culture Mostly important the campus’s, canteen facility and the hygiene level is awesome.

Dislikes

I would love working at Jio for my life time but not with team as there is no increment and it’s been 3 years I have been transferred to each & every HR department but then also they are hiring employees from outside on Payroll of Jio

People who have ownership mindset are valued and grow in Jio. I am one of the example in 9 years I had 4 role change and 3 promotions. Last year I have been promoted as CEO is a testimony of growth culture in Jio.

Company is very good and employee policy are also very good.

Seniour managers are not that much of professional in nature as they are so egoistic and increment also done on the basis of favouratism only.. Management least bother on this... Even they are not allowing employees to take benefits as per the employee catagory and included in policy. Very cheap thinking by seniour managers mainly in the back office department in slp.

Very good company no any problem this he support every time in bad time like medical etc otherwise He also know as Reliance family In Covid time he paid her employee payment month in 2 time

Here senior manager working not like just like l1 l2 jcm He misbehave down employee I not like senior manager in jc level

Very good as per work life balance. Special my Manager was so good and do care for the team members and help a lot.

Salary should be little bit better.

The Company has great potential, it can emerge as great inventor in telecom sector. They have the right resources for new technology and advancement.

Dislikes

The work culture is really Bad, The Senior level/management level are pushing to their lower management's like anything. same is purging till last level. No Synch from higher level to low level. not proper communication channels and always expecting high output by giving low input in terms of Information or Payments.
