Likes

Great technology but the downside can be the casual culture within the organisation which sometimes lead to unstructured way of working. They are improving it rapidly now.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Unstructured culture.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
