Everything is a mess.. nothing to like. It's trash

No work life balance- strict 9 hours of working (even 30 seconds delay) will mark you absent. No leaves- you are expected to work on weekends as well and attend long meetings with unknowledgeable stakeholders and overconfident managers. Literally no learning. Things I don't like here are . Salary growth is very low . Promotion increament just around 15-20% depends on your working city . As it is a totally NHQ driven organisation so sometimes thier SOP becomes challenge even for small task approval it also affects company's business but don't know why they long chain of escalation matrix for even small task & project
