Teammates are supportive, work environment is good, Job security is best, during pendamic company supported to every employee.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow with less opportunity, compensation benefits are not good and management doesn't care about it.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Poor
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

I learnt lots of things in the company but work life balance is not good but overall it's great experience to work with Reliance.

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
