All decision and processes are central driven. getting supprot from central team is a fight. Major Trust deficit between central and state teams. leading to information mismatch and wrong decision making. No power at local level to resolve any customer or employee issue. Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

No vision for career growth of employees. Promotions are rare and very difficult for some reason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. Central teams (Mumbai_HQ) and their culture & overall systems was very nice. I personally appreciate that.

Wrong management system by Mr. Satya Narayan Das (Area Head_Odisha) along with Mr. Bikash Biswal (JCM_ Bargarh JC). Employees resigned on every 2-3 months duration after joining process due to only above-mentioned peoples wrong management system and nepotism.
