I would love working at Jio for my life time but not with team as there is no increment and it’s been 3 years I have been transferred to each & every HR department but then also they are hiring employees from outside on Payroll of Jio

I genuinely believe the HR and manangers at JIO know nothing who hired them, no appraisal or benefits every thing is only about buying reliance products and promotion of JIO. Not a proper IT company, policies are the worse every where only Reliance gets the benefits 9 hours work policy worst

One should not join specially Kolkata circle if there is no other option left, State seniors Shubhendu Bhattacharjee never follows office work hours and expects others to extend work hours as per his suitability, worst leader I have ever seen in my 10yrs career. They will ruin your personal life and mental health. Even after all reports are available he will ask to in excel again and stress all team members.
