The work culture is really Bad, The Senior level/management level are pushing to their lower management's like anything. same is purging till last level. One should not join specially Kolkata circle if there is no other option left, State seniors Shubhendu Bhattacharjee never follows office work hours and expects others to extend work hours as per his suitability, worst leader I have ever seen in my 10yrs career. They will ruin your personal life and mental health. Even after all reports are available he will ask to in excel again and stress all team members. Never join for this position under his leadership, one will never grow and learn, he plays immense politics and will prevent your growth, and HR is just puppet to him, does nothing. salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

Good Office space and well staffed in Administration, Planning,IT department. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks.
