U can learn everything. Collegs are good and working culture also good. But politics is very high in this company. No salary growth of contract employees. Only of on roll employees. Work done by Ground employees but all credit is taken by Onroll employees. No future of Contract employees. Every year contract finishes and if you discuss anything wrong about am then his special candidates will start playing games and filling wrong material to Area manager. And from their your wrong time starts and no one will help in this your matter....Read More

My Area Manager Mr. jitendra Pareta ate my Naukri. He plays very much politics. My contract was extended but he got phone to Hr. And he cancelled my contract because I complained for him.

Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?
