As my first job I joined jio and in future I don't want to work with this company as the company do not have the value of it's employee they just want their work to be done they don't respect the employee hard work . May jio be the biggest company , may the turnover of jio be the largest but company is created from it's employee only . The company who don't respect it's employees and appreciate their hard work one day goes into losses .
