1. Culture is worst at Jio. 2. Slavery life. 3. HR is joke. 4. Even if you are dying you should pickup call. 5. Calling seniors with name is not acceptable. You should call by Sir/Ji 6. Late sitting till you boss doesnt leave even if have fonished your work. 7. Morning reports at home plus min 9hrs of work in office. 8. No friendlyco workers. Do your job go back home. Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
