Only the thing we can learn how to say "NO". We will be strong enough to face any situation in life after working with Jio. No job security at all. Company policies may good but we may have to work under world's worst managers.

Dislikes

I never recommend Jio for Ladies. It's not safe for them. It's full of politics. Once we are targeted we will be crucified. Salary also very less.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
