Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Jio is one of the biggest leader in telecom companies now.It gives its employees a lot of perks and job security. The medical support team is very impressive and takes prompt action.

Raise is very rare. Lacking in proper talent evaluation system.
