Dislikes

If u love ur future don't work here. Employees are treated as robos with no appraisal, no growth, no new learning only work and work. No one to help if u r stuck somewhere. Worst company to work. Work environment is also very poor.

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
