It has got the most advanced technological support I have ever experienced.

The biggest problem with the company is the Employees are treated as commodities to be used and thrown away. There is no ethics, work culture or trust. It only knows how to extract from its employees and when there is nothing to extract, they just ask the person to leave. Too much political environment persists.

Work Details

I was a part of the HR function for their Kolkata Telecom Circle. I was forced to do certain activities which are beyond corporate ethics and human values.
