Job security could be one thing as the many departments are highly understaffed and your job is safe as long as you stay in office from 9 to 8 on working days and work from home 4-5 hours on Sundays. Company’s policies are good but any policy is as good as its implementation. Implementation lacks in almost all areas.

First and foremost, the hiring process is lengthy and confusing. You won’t be given any JD, HR has no clue about the profile and selection process may take 2-3 months or more to complete. You will not be informed about your role before hiring and there are 99% chances that you will end up doing something else than expected. The offer letter you will receive will have a big bold logo of Jio on top and your entire hiring process will give you an impression that you are being hired for Jio Infocomm but you will end up working for a subsidiary company called RPPMSL No work culture at all. Nothing is organised or systematic over here. Everything is chaotic and mismanaged. Some seniors don’t even have proper email etiquette. They write in such insulting tone and language, like they own the recipients . In any company with proper ethics and work culture, most of these people will face misbehaviour and harassment charges. If you are willing to join Reliance Jio or Reliance Projects & Property Management, then say goodbye to your personal life first. Good to learn and work on newest techstack at workplace. Appraisal hikes are minimum 10% atleast. Your random technical suggestion will be heard and you can implement it. Focusses on less documentation more work.

weekly 9hrs average to be maintained to avoid losing your salary. At office place, upper management people are shouting on the floor that newcomer feels to abscound the company. MC BC bad words will be shouted at you in front of all very loudly , but your job is not to counter or oppose and stay calm and show the manager that he areright even if not your mistake. Random suggestion and rework are very common, junior people work for paycheck.
