Good Office space and well staffed in Administration, Planning,IT department. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring.
