Benefits it's a joke in JIO. There policy is not JIO and get the hell zone

They will only take meeting (VC) and nust meeting no work life balance only GYAN BAAZI nothing to learn there, in meeting only demotivation lectures are there from morning 8:30 till night 9pm Life will be hell... In joining period they will tell the benefits and allowance but they will not tell TERMS & CONDITIONS behind the benefitsthough you will not get any benefits. They just do the hiring i.e., the alterations is very high because of work culture and HR's...Read More
