Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000.
