Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

My work which is assigned to me. Beautiful Campus and canteen food is pretty good.

They don't give WFH, no work life balance. As for me, it feels like there is no planning done with regards to my job responsibilities before assigning it to me. Delayed appraisal system and increment is very very less.
