I have been working here since 2016,so i have great experienced about jspl angul,that here job security is good and work culture is too good where any one can work with ease way and all are too cooperative in nature from all aspects.here alot of policies that gives to employees for their benefits and which gives pleasure to the employee utmost level.

My company sent us for training purposes to the other companies (i.e jsw bellary) for better understanding and approach.Mountain tracking also provide by my company to the employees every week for physical fitness .every week of Saturday cinema/movies projected in theatre free of cost to all employees and so on.

Good working culture, you will get a lot to learn as a beginner. Teammates are very supportive and manpower are very humble in their attributes. Best learning platform and gaining experience for those who have just stepped in Steel sector. A little dissatisfaction with management like the way they handle non-executive employees. Best environment for those who have interest in athletic and fitness like we gave gymnastics, Yoga facility, snooker, football & cricket ground. The thing which I dislike personally is the attitude of management towards non-executive employees. No benefits, no bonous on achieving highest production.

Work Details

Best learning and gaining experience in your field or department but at the same time no practical overview training which I think should be there. Each employee should get an overview of every department so as to understand the process of steel making.
