In one meeting you will understood there potentisl but as they are associated with company since long they are holding key positions. But now things are changing and in another 10 years when these okdies retire then group will flourish more as JSW doing now

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
