Job security of Jindal Saw Limited as a Company is excellent in the entire Group. When we speak a particular unit it is depend on the leader leading the Company. Some leaders of the particular unit are not sound in managing the employees and came some other Companies are not meeting the expectations of the Company. They are working safeguards of his/their position which is very dangerous for long terms in view of sustaining ethics and culture established by Hon OP Jindalji. They are working in egoistic nature and not ready to listen good thoughts and ideas from employees. Policies are very strong and transparent which are physical implemented. Jindal Saw Limited giving me a very good experience and having liberty to think and work independently. Particular leader who may be doing politics and not addressing issues transparently. Unit is driven by leader and if top leader is unprofessional then entire culture getting worse.
