The culture of JIEM India is excellent. It has inclusion & Diversity. Policies of the company are flexible and accommodating. Flat structure of hierarchy is followed. So it is easy to reach management for suggestions & feedbacks. Decision making is two way.

Work culture is very good. Your ideas are welcomed. Management is very supportive. Skills development program is very nice and employees are encouraged to learn new things and practices. Cafeteria and gaming zone is available for relaxation.
