there is very poor management and thinking of top management. as well as middle management. Also there is too much hypocrisy in the management.

planning & procurement of works, goods and services along with post contract management.. coordinate with govt. departments. compose and distribute inter-departmental memorandum [email, documentary, voice], disposal of various RTIs, Jansamvad, etc.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
