No job security, if you won't butter the Dean/ Registrar you can be thrown out. Don't work here. You can be removed from the job any day.

The worst part about the Institute is that, it is ruining the life of so many students by doing false promises to them. If you are not one who makes your higher authority happy by buttering them then you see a hell right here in this planet. Salary is not given on time, it is delayed for more than 5 to 6 months. U don't have to work if you are buttering the Dean/Registrar. It depends on the amount of butter you pour of you higher authority. The less you butter the more problems you will face.
