most of the company we cannot approach directly to director but here u can directly go to owner i.e Ajay sir & Rushabh sir for anything, both approachable they give the resolution as well Work environment is also good. even my reporting (Jayesh) is also good & supportive. Here you will get many opportunity to grow. i used to get salary on time. no delays on salary

Irrelevant work, constant changes in decisions by management, poor appraisals, bad leave policies, favouritism, poor salary, uninformed decision changes, wrongfully targetting few employees.
