The Entire Management and the staff is a support system for people like me who have a Zeal to Excel in life while looking after their family as well. Work From Home couldn't have been better than this. Employee Centric approach which in turn leads to Customer Satisfaction by making your people happy and worthy in the organization. 1. The ops manager is full of attitude and if you go ahead with the concern they will clearly say that you do nothing and will fire you. 2. The have offsite meeting and everyone will be invited expect the operation team . 3. The company is full of politics 4. they do not provide job security and will remove you. 5.
