Every hardworking needs to be Adervetised else you are out of spot light. They fail to provide appropriate reasons for there shortcomings at the time of employee appraisal or evaluation. New comers need to survive for year or two as it's a tough for them to go through the entire session without being part of back bitching and gossip which really put them in a bad place.

Its was good, first year was tough as is for any new bee but once you get hang of it you are good to go because till that time you recognize people and use your own brain.
