JEEP gives employees benefit to dealership of Landmark but they didn't provide it to their staff, no work life balance no incentive when target meets. No Overtime pay.

This is first job.so I learnt many more roles like CRE work,CRM and asvisor. So this is best opportunity for me because I enhanced my technical skill and customer handling.

Dislikes

The negative thing is that dealership is not judge to employee is properly. Salary package is very less not increase. Do not increase the salary until employee himself speaks. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

In a jeep dealership I have 2.5 year experience. No doubt product is good but some issue faces at start level since 2017 like seat trim, apple cable not connected,door noise etc. It's main feature but company is not resolving the issue in new vehicles.
